These coatings have an uneven rough surface. The thickness of these coatings is more than usual so they are not suitable where high mechanical resistance is required. Hammer-tone powder coatings usually have a decorative purpose, a coat of zinc and a clear-coat on top would increase their resistance. They are suitable for both indoors and outdoors and are available in various shades.
