Fillers

Although fillers are used in powder coating formulation to control cost and to extend prime pigments, they are also used to improve or modify many functional properties of a powder coatings. Fillers that are commonly used are synthetic  Barium Sulphate (Blanc Fixe) , Calcium Carbonate  and Aluminum Hydroxide.
